As far the eye can see, the endless sea horizon is revealed. The apartments “Golf and Sea” are situated in the center of the Black Sea golf zone of Bulgaria – in “Lighthouse” golf course and in close proximity to “BlackSeaRama” and “Thracian Cliffs” – three of the best “signature” golf courses in Europe with excellent conditions for playing and astonishing the view to the sea. The golf course “Lighthouse” , where our apartments are situated, has been designed by Ian Woosnam. It has 18 holes, type “links” and offers possibilities both for playing the game by professionals as well as by beginners in golf:
C lose to our apartments “Golf and Sea” there are a great number of tourist and historical sights. The beautiful coast of Black sea is several minutes away, and its hidden bays and long beaches with fine sea sand give wonderful opportunities for vacation at the sea for all tastes. The white town Balchik, perched on the sea cliffs, barely 5 minutes away by car from our apartments, has many possibilities for having a good time. The botanical garden in Balchik is located on an area of almost 200 000 sq.m. and there you can enjoy several thousand types of plants. The architecture complex “The Palace” from the beginning of 20th century of the Romanian queen Marie is situated there. The region has many wonderful eateries with delicious national dishes and sophisticated drinks. Mussel farms offer fresh sea food for all lovers. Wonderful nature, a large part of which is in the protected zone “Natura 2000”, including several beautiful peat bogs with healing mud, are situated nearby. One of the main routes for migration of birds from Europe to Africa, “Via Pontica”, passes through this region. Many species of raptors, waterfowl and songbirds pass through it, including 78% of all white storks and the entire population of pink pelicans in Europe, as well as the extremely rare species of imperial eagle, Egyptian and griffon vulture.
